The system enables efficient task delegation among specialists responsible for technical maintenance—both within teams and between successive shifts of continuous service staff.

At the beginning of each technician's shift, the system presents a task register for the day. After completing tasks, technicians update their status, thereby refreshing the list.

Tasks are categorized into three groups based on frequency and execution time:

  • Daily tasks – to be completed on the given day.
  • Weekly tasks – to be completed within the week or once a week.
  • Monthly tasks – to be completed within the month or once a month.

The list of recurring tasks automatically refreshes after the completion period. The system records and provides data on task completion—facility managers can check at any time who completed a task and when. Additionally, for ad hoc tasks (e.g., faults), there is an option to generate notifications for the manager, accelerating response times to unforeseen events.

Thanks to this functionality, a comprehensive documentation of all tasks completed in the technical maintenance area can be easily presented with minimal effort.
