The proprietary mobile application allows for the quick reporting of any fault or malfunction. The app is designed for companies responsible for the technical maintenance of buildings, as well as for administrators, property owners, and other entities providing various services on the premises (e.g., renovation or construction companies).
 

Each report (including location, description, information about the reporter, and time of notification) is registered in the system, generating alerts for those responsible for addressing the fault and on-call technicians.
 

Technicians can describe faults, assign priorities, attach documentation, change the status of faults, and input information about warranties and planned repair dates.
