What is a cookie file?

Cookies are small files that are saved and stored on your computer, tablet or smartphone when visiting websites. A cookie file usually contains the name of the website from which it originates, its storage time and a randomly generated unique number used to identify the browser from which the website is accessed.

In accordance with Article 13(1) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, concerning the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd. informs you that:

  1. OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd., with its registered office in Kielce, 78G Skrajna Street, NIP 6572933718, REGON 368753579, KRS 0000704000, is the controller of your personal data. Registered at the District Court in Kielce, X Commercial Division of the National Court Register.
  2. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
  • Direct marketing via email by OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd., in accordance with the Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1219).
  • Direct marketing via phone, SMS, and MMS by OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd., in accordance with the Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004 (Journal of Laws 2017, item 1907, as amended).
  • Personal data processing by OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd. for purposes such as:
  • Transmission to third parties such as courier companies (DPD, UPS, etc.).
  • Based on Article 6(1)(a/b/c/d/f) of the GDPR. In the case of Article 6(1)(f), processing is necessary to maintain strict and positive business relationships with our customers.

3. The recipients of your personal data may include entities authorized by specific regulations, upon request and within the limits permitted by law, such as:

  • Financial, judicial, state, or public agencies, research and development units, and other notified entities upon request.
  • Individuals in regulated professions (lawyers, notaries, bailiffs).

4. Service providers acting on behalf of OPTIMA SOLUTIONS Ltd. may also be recipients of your personal data, including:

  • IT companies managing the IT system and website.
